I think it's a fail on Thodin's part, but a win on yours. Or could be a fail all around because Kindles are basically handheld computers (depending on the model, of course).

Really deep question, this. One you'll have to think long and hard about: Do you like pancakes?

Ghosts, flamingos, guitars and vodka. Don't forget Kitty and Kitten. Eclectic subjects, eccentric stories:

And another EP!: The Fragility of Age

Pancakes.... ohhh. But wattles more! Oh my God waffles! Waffles...

Are you obsessed with anything?

Because I can,
because I want to,
And because who are you to tell me otherwise?

Heavy metal.

PS: Twas' not a fail on my part. It was meant to be a philosophical question that Rebel failed to answer adequately. There--she fails. I win. Moving on :D

What do you think makes horror movies scary?

I like my horror movies really subtle, and not that graphic, that way they gnaw away at you, so it's the long-lasting terror that makes them scary for me. They create doubts and pitfalls in your mind and before you know it, you're sitting there scared out of your gourd and having existential ponderings.

What's the last song you listened to... Really listened to, not just heard?

All of the time.

What feelings do you have about yourself that you know aren't true but have been deeply ingrained in yourself because how your siblings treated you as a child?

Well, I'm the oldest in my family, and the younger ones are annoying as hell. >_< So I've learned to ignore people when they get under my skin. (not that it helps)

Can you lie completely still for over an hour? Mind you, you are completely awake when doing this.

Nope. After a few minutes at least one muscle will twitch and then I have to move or everything will start twitching.

Have you ever felt warm and tingly and totally and completely WHOLE just by reading a single message from someone?

Check out my website The Wandering Squirrel

Working on a new draft of Tomorrow and a first draft of a dystopian-ish novel. We'll see what actually gets written, lol.

Absolutely.

Have you ever been devastated when someone you deeply cared for disappeared without a word?

You have no idea how many times that has happened to me... so yes, yes I do...

Are you afraid to be alone?

No.

Have you ever thought that you had to be adopted, because there is no way you are like those people who claim to be your parents?

Yes, in fact, especially if it was haunted. Ghosties are cool :)

If you could poke one person hard in the face, who would it be?

Inuit, specifically from the Inupiatun dialect.

If you could have dinner and talk afterwards for the rest of the evening with one fictional character, who would it be?

We dangle one person over the side of the ship by his feet off the coast of Maryland. He had been a bad roommate, but he did much better after that.

Circles, I think of them as polygons with an infinite number of equal length sides. Squares only have four equal length sides which is the second lowest number possible for a polygon.

Squares, cubes or tesseracts?

Tesseract, the more dimensions I get to play with the more I like it.

Do you pay attention to which hand is a person's dominate hand? (This isn't as dumb a question as it may seem, it has been used to start lectures on why there is hope for our future.)

No, I don't. Not sure if I would ever consciously observe that either.

Social circles. Do you prefer to have a small circle with very close friends or a large social circle in which people are kept at a certain distance? Or some balance of the two?

A big bowl of shrimp lo mein with sauteed onions, assorted steamed vegetables, and loads of rice.

What kind of drunk are you? If you've never been drunk, what kind of drunk do you think you'd be?

I was a fun drunk, but haven't imbibed that much since the early 90's.

If there were no legal consequences, would you choose alcohol or marijuana?

Marijuana. I don't believe that it is all that harmful. Yes, I've smoked it on a regular basis and just with alcohol, there are different types of being stoned. I've never known anyone to be dangerous when stoned. I've never known myself to be horrible or aggressive when stoned (I'm only nasty when I drink cider, so I just don't drink cider). I think there needs to be more research done about marijuana. It is a very misunderstood HERB. Yes, herb. It may have narcotic effects, but by and large, as long as one is sensible, it is safe. Yeah, okay, same goes with alcohol. As long as you're sensible, it's fine, but have you ever heard of someone stoned saying that they have ha hangover or any other nasty after effects of having been stoned? Neither have I and I know people who smoke it pretty regularly. But here's the thing, most dope smokers can actually give it up pretty easily and not miss it. Can the same be said about alcohol?

Did you enjoy my wee rant?
