Considering we're heading straight forward into the holiday with only maxed out credit cards behind us, have you ever had a meal for christmas that haven't lived up to your expectations, and why?

Christmas

Would you think of it as a bad thing if everyone walked around naked(given it's warm enough to walk around naked)?

Yes, although it always depends on if you leave your house or not...lol... but i guess in general it depends on who you're walking around naked with, someone you know and feel comfortable with... THEN NO PROBLEM... a whole bunch of complete strangers that's another story laughing6:

this year I must
- learn to accept my limitations
- get a life, there has to be more than just working to pay bills, eating and sleeping
- take a much needed vacation
- lose weight
- watch my grand daughter get married.

if you didnt know how old you were, how old would you be

Gotta take my girlfriend somewhere where the worries back home will be forgotten. All the bad things are merely a distant memory and we can enjoy each other's company.

Do you like the big city? Why/why not?

It depends. I don't mind going to other people's birthdays as long as they enjoy it. My own I don't care much about. I mostly enjoy it because I get to see my family again. Dunno what I'm looking forward to next icon_smile

Have you ever written a love letter/song/poem or anything similar to a special someone and not dared to send it? If so, why?

Yes, many times. Some emotions are so intense that if these are not expressed with care may cause an aweful confusion.

Does Santa really travel the world on a flying sleigh?

Close your eyes... open your mind... Santa can travel the world anyway you believe he can.

Don't think I've seen a better answer to anything in here. I declare you the winner of this thread. Have some cookies and milk.

And yes, Christmas is special. To me it's family and good food. To have that one evening of the year where you don't give a shit about anything and the debate around the table isn't on politics or religion or how shitty this and that is, but instead you simply talk about the food and fun stuff. That's what makes it special, not the presents.

If you could bring anyone(unlimited number of people) to a Christmas celebration, who would you bring and where would you bring them?

Sometimes with family, sometimes relaxing, and a couple of years ago I was in England watching football and drinking beer, so depends =P

Is there a special place you've always wanted to spend New Years eve?

I have always wanted to spend it in the arms of my SO on a cruise ship, just the two of us ringing in the new and saying goodbye to the old.

I remember a well written drama, so that would be my choice.

A New Years eve party or a few close friends to celebrate the holiday with?

Alcohol or fruit punch
