Depends on the weather which I use, but I prefer windows down unless I'm on a freeway (gets too windy at 100 km/h).

Leisurely back road or straight down the freeway/motorway/whatever they call them where you are?

Really depends on my destination, but all other things being equal, a leisurely back road, especially if I am on my motorcycle.

Two cats and a dog. And the dog would probably belong to someone else in the household.cat

That depends on what the main dish is, but I'll say potato salad.

You might need to enlighten me, but if I guess that macaroni salad is kind of like cold mac and cheese and pasta salad is with mayo then...

Macaroni.

On your roast beef: Gravy or au jus?

Macaroni salad is traditionally done with mayonnaise and pasta salad has an oil and vinegar base like Italian dressing.

I'll go with gravy.

Potatoes: Mashed or baked?

The pasta salad we make uses "whipped dressing" (aka Miracle Whip) with Italian dressing so I guess hits the middle.

Baked

Top it with sour cream OR cheese
