Anna, Patricia is a gift to us all. Her voice is strong, seamless, and perfectly balanced at all times. There are no sags in it, nothing but crisp embroches, perfect diction so alll words are understood, and on and on. On top of her voice, she is so strikingly lovely that the total presence she gives us is near perfection. I could listen to her for hours! Thank you for the introduction. :)

Absolutely agree, Tiger. I am no fan of opera but Patricia's voice transcends all genres. Her voice is truly amazing. On my Bio-page there is a video of her singing 'Once upon a time in the West' at age Thirteen...

This is an instrument played a lot by the Roma Gypsies, they call a "Cymbalom." It is in the dulcimer family I am told. It is an instrument where "strings" are struck my "hammers." It takes some getting used to, but it can be a beautiful instrument when play well. I love the slow opening part of this piece. It is full of sweet pathos.
