Hi. My name is Eva. I'm a senior at Michigan State University, and I love to write! I've been doing National Novel Writing Month for the past five years, and won the first four (had to drop out this year because of tendonitis... I cried).

I might eventually get to posting my NaNo stories on here, but I'm actually here to practice flash and micro fiction. I can tell great stories in novel length, but the art of conveying a story in a 1000 words or less is something I really admire and want to get better at. My first micro fiction is already up, if anyone cares to take a read.

I'm selling my longest WIP NaNo novel (87K long so far) at Leanpub. It's under the name Solivagant Souls. If anyone cares to support the poor college student, that's awesome?

I'll probably slowly add things to my profile and stuff over the next few days. So... thanks for having me around!

hello2 Welcome to SS Eva. One of the friendlier places on the Web. I still new myself, only been here since Sept., but I've found there are some good people here. You'll do well, even with your Spartan background. (Sorry, but I just had to say that.)

Welcome Eva. I see you've got a good grasp on the English language. That makes me happy :) I shall read your story once I'm finished with this post. Also, welcome to the club of folk with tendonitis (I really need to find a better name for said club).

Haha, thanks you guys! I'm currently on a huge nostalgia trip heading through some of my other shorter pieces, seeing if I want to throw any of them up. I'm leaning towards a few of them... as well as writing some new ones, of course.

Then there's the NaNo story... I'll have to see about getting that up too, I suppose.

Welcome! I'll be sure to give your story a read...

Because I can,
because I want to,
And because who are you to tell me otherwise?

Hi again Eva! Welcome! I've enjoyed your stories enough to buy your book. Looking forward to starting it. I didn't pay the .99 price, I do like to help out students when I can even though it is not very much. Make sure to let us know if you put out anymore books.

You can't get there from here, because when you get there you're still here and here is now there.

Eva, glad to have you on board. Congrats on those contest titles and on your Spartans winning the Rose Bowl.
